Jeremiah 10:23
"I know, O Lord, a man’s way is not in himself, nor is it in a man who walks to direct his steps."
At some point we all hopefully reach the same conclusion as Jeremiah. Jesus is the "Lifegiver," and we cannot know our way apart from Him. We cannot know who we are or fulfill our God ordained destiny without His guidance, revelation, and wisdom. Perhaps most importantly we will never experience a superior love that only He can give. Are you trying to do life without Him this morning? Jesus said He is the Vine. Apart from abiding in Him, we can do nothing. (John 15:5) A branch unattached from the vine eventually withers and dies unfruitful. Allow Him to direct each step today, and see where you end up bearing fruit!
