‘Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and he struck the Philistine and killed him; but there was no sword in David’s hand."
When God calls His own they do things God’s way. David went into the battle having been trained by God alone shepherding sheep. Little did he know while shepherding sheep he was being trained to be the king of Israel! There was a lion and bear before Goliath. Man’s way was the sword, but David fought totally surrendered to God’s way and trusting in His faithfulness. God is looking for Davids today. Allow Him to show Himself strong in you. It begins in small things.
