Hebrews 11:6
"Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."

Faith is the key element to pleasing God. He wants us to believe in Him. We must believe Hie is. He is everything we need. He embodies the fullness of life. Only those who diligently seek Him ever experience the depth of His love. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! The rewards are beyond the comprehension of this world.

One of the rewards is He speaks to those who seek Him! From Genesis to Revelation He is speaking to His creation. He is our Heavenly Father. What father would choose not to speak to his son? What a preposterous thought!

Throughout scripture you read, "He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit is saying." In John 10 we are assured by Jesus His sheep hear His voice. You need to read the entire chapter. Read it!

"But because you are not My sheep, you refuse to believe. My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life and they will never perish." John 10:26-28

This is the reward of those who believe and follow Christ. I ask you what could you possibly be seeking in this life that is more rewarding than this?
Aren’t we a blessed nation to have a vice president who diligently believes and seeks God, and is rewarded with an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying?

"Then if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14

Let us hear what the Spirit is saying this morning as we quiet ourselves before Him to listen.
In His love.

The Lord rewards me everyday with His Presence and with the still small voice deep within constantly giving me an assurance He will never leave me or forsake me. His love is eternal and often sealed with a bouquet of daisies which I anxiously await! 🙂
