“He who is coming, will come…”

Hebrews 10:36-38
"For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in Him."

Perhaps you like myself need to be reminded of our need for endurance while continuing to persevere in living the will of God that is so contrary to the will of our flesh. It is a daily, raging, constant battle. Let us continue to live by faith knowing His return is eminent. God help us not to shrink back in discouragement falling prey to the enemy. God forbid that we displease our Lord by shrinking back when we are so close to the finish line.

A client and myself enjoyed a personal training session running on the New River Trail this week. It was a delightful fall run with colorful trees and being caressed by showers of gentle falling leaves which delighted my soul..
