John 16:13
‘But when He, the Spirit of Truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak, and he will disclose to you what is to come."
The Spirit of Truth is here living inside of you if you are one of His. He will guide us into all truth if we allow Him to, and desire truth. Oh that we might learn to not speak on our own initiative, and only speak as we hear. We would be speaking only God’s truths. This verse also gives us assurance that the Holy Spirit will disclose to us what is to come. May we allow Him to do the work He was sent to do in each one of us.
