Psalm 4:2
"O sons of men, how long will My honor become a reproach? How long will you love what is worthless and aim at deception?"
I feel this is a question the God of heaven is still posing to each one of us. The kingdom of God is more real than the one we are so caught up in. Most of what we love and give our time to is worthless and temporal, not eternal. If only we would seek to honor God above all else in our lives how different our lives would be. We would be found lacking nothing. Set your aim for the eternal and let go of the deceptions and lies of this world we are spending our limited days chasing after.
