Psalm 46:10
"Cease striving and know that I Am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
When all the earth is in such turmoil may we return to a familiar verse in the Psalms. Run into the Presence of God. There you will find rest for your soul and spirit. Jesus often fled to the mountain tops to do the same while living on this earth. "Turn your eyes upon Jesus; look full in His wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace."

Yesterday I ceased striving and knew He was and is God at the top of McAfee Knob just outside of Roanoke, Va. I spent the day with friends enveloped in the glory of His creation. How great and good is our God!
