2 Corinthians 5:15
"He died for all, so that they who live might no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf.

We know Jesus loved the Father enough not to live for Himself, but out of His love for the Father, He chose the crucifixion for us, because this was the will of God. We are to follow the example Christ left us if we truly want to be His followers. We are to no longer live our lives carrying out the desires of our flesh. It wars against the will of God . Living for Jesus and God the Father is feeding your mind and heart with His thoughts which come from His Words and praying in the Spirit continuously. It is moment by moment choices in our lives not to please ourselves, but the one who gave His all so we could choose this life in Him. If we choose to please ourselves, it is a life of corruption. (Galatians 6;8) In order not to carry out the deeds of the flesh, we must learn to walk by the Holy Spirit living inside of you. (Galatians 5:16) Let us pursue a life no longer living for ourselves, but allowing Him to lift our feet on much higher ground reaping eternal results.

In His love.
