What a comfort to know my perfect Father and His perfect love. Most of us had fathers who failed to meet our needs as children and adults. They were imperfect and lacking as we are. Our Heavenly Father isn’t lacking or imperfect. He tells us over and over He is our Father, and we are and will always be His children. Do you sometimes feel very much like a child and are frightened by life? Do you have deep hurts that need to be tended to? Are you desperately needing to know you are loved and have value? Run into the arms of your Heavenly Father! His arms are wide open and extended! He is longing for His children to come to Him so He can meet their every need. Then know He is coming to us face to face, and we will be like Him, perfected. What hope we have as children of the Most High! Run to your Father’s arms!
