"For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."
One thing everyone seems to have in common during the holidays is over eating. As I was reading the Words of John this morning I thought how different it would be for all of us if we feasted on the Bread of Life as we do the temporal food. After all, the Bread of Life should have center stage rather than our tables spread with delicious delicacies that in the end gives us all kinds of health issues.
Let us pray for a hunger and thirst for what really matters in life and feed our starving spirit man. It doesn’t produce obesity, but life and peace eternally.
In His love.
Before all the Christmas lights came on at Tanglewood Park, I enjoyed a beautiful display of my Father’s creation with special lighting that only He can produce.
