2 Chronicles 16:9
"For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him."
During this Christmas season I seem to hear the Holy Spirit saying to me, "I Am looking for women and men such as Joseph and Mary to give birth during this Christmas season to the Savior of the world!" His eyes are running to and fro upon the whole earth to find hearts that are completely His that He has been given first place in, so that we might once again give birth to the truth of Christmas and why it is celebrated. Our world, our families, we the people, are in such need of a Savior as we were over 2000 years ago. Let every heart prepare Him room, or will you respond as the inn keeper who declared, "There is no room for Him."
Everything and everyone in his world had crowded Him out. Let us determine to give our hearts completely to Him with total surrender so we too may give birth to our Savior during this more than magical time of year. Our world is full of darkness, and most are lost and dying in this darkness spiritually and physically. Jesus is still the Light for the whole world and will forever be.
Follow the example of the one who literally gave birth to our Savior, "Behold, the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to Your will." Let this be our resolve each morning of our lives that we too may birth our Savior to a lost and dying world.
