Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astounded and stood up in haste; he said to his high officials, “Was it not three men we cast bound into the midst of the fire? They replied to the king, “Certainly, O king.” He said, I see four men loosed and walking about in the midst of the fire without harm, and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods!
Allow the account of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego to speak encouragement to your heart today. Be assured Jesus doesn’t leave us on our own in the fires of life the enemy tries to destroy us with. The only thing that was destroyed was what they were bound by…what does the enemy have you bound by today? Know God allows the trials of fire to loose us from ways the enemy has us bound. Those who trust in him in the midst of the fire come out with a deeper revelation of the love of Christ and set free from the chains we cannot see. Set your heart to go with God no matter what the enemy sends your way. He will be with you . As the king saw, the fourth man in the fire truly was the Son of the one true God! You will never walk alone.
In His love.
I love the celebration of Christmas! I enjoyed the beautifully decorated historical Pinehurst Hotel in Pinehurst, NC.
