Jeremiah 31:20
"Is Ephraim My dear son? Is he a delightful child? Indeed, as often as I have spoken against him, I certainly still remember him. Therefore My heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy on him," declares the Lord.

This verse not only reveals the heart of God, Himself for a child who has rejected and turned away from Him, but it also reveals the heart He gives us for the unfaithful in our lives. All we wait for as our merciful God is for them to return first to Him, and then to come home. May we pray for our prodigals today to have God’s love and mercy revealed to them, and to return to what they know to be true and right. May their minds and hearts be released from the lies of the enemy, and may the chains they cannot see be broken, and may they truly be set free. O our God of mercy and grace!
In His love.

Photos of gorgeous Valentine flowers that were belated due to the abundance of snow we received. I thoroughly enjoyed being snowed in with good books and lots of snow cream 🙂
