But…an angel of the Lord appeared…in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.”
Because of Jesus’ birth, death, resurrection, and ascension, we have the opportunity to conceive, and give birth to the work of the Holy Spirit if we live surrendered, obedient, lives for Christ. May we take a moment this Christmas morning and receive afresh the gift of the Christ Child who became our Savior. Let us make Him our Lord, and lay ourselves at His feet this morning with a surrendered life and obedient heart. Let us love Him with an undivided heart. He is deserving of no less of a gift..
