John 21:12
Jesus said to them, "Come and have breakfast." None of the disciples ventured to question Him. "Who are You?" knowing that it was the Lord.
What an example of a servant and a motherly heart! Jesus washed their feet a few days earlier. Then He was crucified for them. As the resurrected Christ He is now serving them breakfast after a weary night of fishing. Jesus exemplified motherhood for me when I became a mother. He teaches us to lay down our lives, and serve those we love. We can never go wrong by following our Lord.
