Ultimate Fitness is one of the facilities Masterpiece Fitness contracts out as their personal trainer. This upcoming year they are adding new cardio equipment and beginning new classes.
I encourage folks to check out what they have to offer. I am happy to offer my services to help you learn how to use the weight machines properly and with correct form. This is vitally important when beginning a fitness program. You avoid injury and will find your efforts much more beneficial and effective.
