Matthew 6:28-29
And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil, nor do they spin. Yet, I say to you, not even Solomon in all his glory clothed Himself like one of these.
May our faith increase as we observe God’s faithfulness to His creation. The birds do not go hungry. The grass of the field and the flowers flourish in their season. Let us be comforted in His lovingkindness knowing He considered our value worth the price His Son chose to pay to reconcile us to Himself. How much more will He care for His children than the birds of the air and the grass of the field?

The pink, wild roses are now in bloomn and the sweet peas. I am reminded of the steadfast love of God as He returns all my favorite flowers as a child year after year. Great is Thy faithfulness!
