Isaiah 43:2
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire you will not get scorched, nor will the flame burn you."
God is constantly assuring His children throughout scripture not to be afraid, we are not alone, and of His great love for us. He also continuously tells us there will be trials and tribulation in this world.
If only we can learn the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives, we can live above our circumstance and emotions. We saw the early church do this day in and day out during persecution and affliction throughout the New Testament after the Holy Spirit came. The same power in them resides in us today!
Do you feel you are drowning in the difficulties of life this morning? Believe what God promises to you through Isaiah 43. The power within you is greater than the circumstances without. There is no fiery trial greater than the power of His love for you. Feed your spirit man with the absolute truths of His love letters to you in the scriptures. We can live at peace and victoriously through the struggles of this life because He says so over and over. Take Him at His Word; God cannot lie as man does.

I victoriously passed through the river yesterday finishing the Winter Splash Trial Run in Spruce Pines, NC. I do what I do by allowing His Spirit to make me so much more than what I am. My strength and joy in life is found in staying aware of His Presence day in and day out more than my circumstances I am forced to live in.
