When I started the six week weight loss challenge I had a lot of leg pain from blood clots that made it difficult to work out in the weight room. Teresa was my trainer and she decided that the best way to help me was get me in the water. We met once a week and did water therapy/water aerobics. I then would do water aerobics about three other days a week. It has been the best thing for me, I feel so much stronger physically and mentally. My leg pain has also improved. I never realized working out could be so fun! In total I lost 1.5 inches off my chest, almost 2 inches off my hips and 3 inches off my waist! I am very pleased about these results and I plan to continue this journey with Teresa’s training. She has been an inspiration and a great trainer. God gave us these awesome bodies, we just have to be retrained how to use them when life throws you a curve ball.
