"Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, not hidden that will not be known. What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light, and what you hear whispered in your ear proclaim upon the housetops."
In Epehesians 5:11 we read:
"Do not participate in the deeds of darkness, but rather expose them."
How we need the wisdom of God’s Word at this time in the states individually and in America as a nation! We the church must lead in the fight for truth and justice. We are not to allow ourselves to be overcome by evil, but we are to overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:21) It is only through God’s Word and His ways can we prevail. We have seen the truth of that throughout the history of the world, but particularly in America. We need to purpose in our hearts to take back the state of Virginia and take back our country, or see dictatorship and socialism or communism take over. If you read your history it has never worked in the past; and it clearly hasn’t changed. It is called evil – pure evil.
At this time in our state and country there is so much deception, dishonesty, fraud, and corruption being performed it is unbelievable! We are led to believe people are getting away with all this evil, but not according to God’s Word. Rather than allowing ourselves to fear man and what he is capable of let us get a true perspective. This is the truth – God is God now and forever. He determines your eternity by the choices you make from the free will He gave you. What goes on in the present world is only a speck of your life, but a very defining speck of how you spend eternity. There are no exceptions. This is true for all.
May I encourage you to fear and reverence God more than you do man – any man. Our God is a God of Light, not darkness and evil. All wisdom He alone possesses. He is the only source of perfect love. He has unending mercy, grace, kindness, strength andTruth. "Thy Word is Truth." John 17:17 states:
"Sanctify them by the Truth. Your word is Truth."
Do you desire a truly sanctified life? Consume His Word that it might consume you. In Psalm 51:6 we read:
"Behold, You desire Truth in the innermost being, and in the hidden part you will make me know wisdom."
For truth to prevail in our state and country once again it must come into each of our lives as individuals. We must desire with all our heart what God desires and that is to face truth in our innermost beings. It must become a daily way of life to allow God to go into our hidden places and expose the darkness that keeps us from the Light. David had to do so, and we must also. Only then in our hidden part will we gain wisdom – and wisdom is made up of Truth. It can only come from God Himself.
