"Do not fear, for I Am with you; do not look anxiously about you, for I Am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
Many of us take a daily multiple vitamin. This vitamin is formed to meet a variety of dietary needs for better overall health. This one multiple vitamin frees us from taking many individual vitamins to accomplish the same thing. Isaiah 41:10 is a multiple vitamin verse I ingest often, and hope it will become for you also.
Vitamins boost our immune systems to help our body fight off sickness and disease. The Word of God helps our spirit to fight off spiritual sickness and disease caused by lies from the father of lies. We must consciously take action to counter lies with truth, or we can be destroyed eternally, and be robbed of our spiritual inheritance.
As I read and meditate on this verse I experience the same relief for my spirit as we often do physically when we find a medicine that cures a disease. Fear is an epidemic in our society today. We are filled with fear when we look anxiously around us taking our eyes off the magnificent, precious promises of God and the wisdom and guidance found in His Word.
"Do not fear, for I Am with you."
When we feel totally alone, and fear begins to swallow us up – here is the truth. We are never alone. He promises to never leave us or forsake us. He does not lie. Perfect love cast out fear. (1 John 4:18) We need to soak ourselves in the awareness of His Presence, and it will relieve all our fears.
"Do not look anxiously about you, for I Am your God."
This is personal. Anxiety also plagues us today. God commands His children to not allow ourselves to focus on what is all around us, but to focus on the truth – He is our God. He belongs to us, and we belong to Him! That truth alone should bring comfort and peace ridding us of anxieties.
" I will strengthen you, surely I will help you."
Though we have many weaknesses and lack strength at times we can become strong through Him. His power is perfected in our weaknesses. (2 Corinthians 12:9) His desire is to always help His children. Therefore we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. (Philippians 4:13)
"Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
What this says to my heart is Jesus is God’s "right hand man." We are upheld in any situation life on this earth throws at us. No exceptions! Through Christ we are promised triumph in all things. (2 Corinthians 2:14)
May I admonish you to daily ingest your multiple vitamin verse along with a good quality vitamin for better health spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally!
